Rowan is the leader of the EU Staff Team at Sydney Uni and is the Managing Director of the EU Graduates Fund. Rowan studied Science at Sydney Uni, graduating with a PhD in mathematics. He was involved in the EU both as a student and an EU Staffworker in the 80's and 90's before studying theology at Moore Theological College. With his wife, Jenny, Rowan has served Christ both overseas as a short-term missionary with CMS and in Sydney as an Assistant Minister at St Philip's Caringbah. Rowan returned to Sydney Uni in 2006 to take up leadership of the EU Staff Team and to serve as CEO of the EU Graduates Fund. Rowan and Jenny have five children, live in Ashbury and enjoy being members of God's family at St Barnabas' Broadway.

Caroline Andrews has been working on the staff team with the EU for the last nine years and she still loves come to the university everyday! She loves working alongside students promoting small group Bible Study ministry in the EU and training small group leaders. AnCon is the highlight of her year. She is also responsible for the recruitment of people to the Howie programs and loves speaking to people about their dreams for the future. Caz has a serious coffee addiction and can be found lurking in Ralph’s. She attends St Barnabas, Broadway.

Paddy joined the EU Graduates Fund at the start of 2008.  Paddy has extensive experience in student ministry, having worked for Campus Bible Study (UNSW),  Ministry Training Strategy (MTS) and Unichurch (UNSW) . Paddy's principle responsibility is for evangelism across the EU.  He works closely with the Campus 08, Evangelism and AFES Connect specialty teams.  Paddy is married to Michelle and with their six children attend St George North Anglican Church.

Michael is now in his 11th year of working with the EU Graduates Fund! Now married (to Sharyon) with three children (Anastasia, Verity and Nathaniel), he is involved with staff training, and partnering the EU ministry especially amongst Economics and Commerce students, Asian-Australian Students (ACES), the Public Meetings strategy and the development of a work with overseas students (EU Focus).

David grew up in lots of places outside Sydney, but has been working with the EU staff team since he got the opportunity to develop Christian ministry and leadership with dental and medical students and recent gradates. He is married to Sandra, has three beautiful daughters and lives in Arncliffe.

Malcolm joined the EU staff in 2006 as well as becoming the assistant minister at St Barnabas Anglican Church, Broadway.  Malcolm has a Ph.D in New Testament Studies and gets very excited about the Greco-Roman world! He loves to work with the EU staff and the students in the Science Faculty.  Malcolm is married to Tamara and has three children;- Annabel, Adam and Zara

In May 2007 Alan took up the position of Graduates Fund Administrator. He oversees the daily running of the Grads Fund's finances and manages the relationship with EU Graduates and Supporters. He is married to Elizabeth and has 3 daughters and 3 grand children. They attend Christ Church Gladesville Anglican church.
